1. Who We Are
FarmWise is an online agri-education platform based in India. We provide video-based farming courses on crops including Avocado, Custard Apple, Grapes, and Pomegranates. Our goal is to help Indian farmers grow better crops and earn more from their land.
2. Course Access
When you purchase a course on FarmWise, you get lifetime access to that course for personal use only. You may watch the lessons as many times as you like. You may not share your login credentials with others, resell the course content, or distribute any course material without our written permission.
3. Payments
All payments on FarmWise are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. Once a payment is confirmed, your course access is activated immediately. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all courses. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will process a full refund. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on FarmWise including videos, articles, images, and course materials is owned by FarmWise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Purchasing a course gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately. FarmWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer
FarmWise courses are educational in nature. Results from applying our farming techniques may vary based on local soil conditions, climate, water availability, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific yields or income outcomes. Our content is based on best practices and field experience but should be adapted to your specific farming situation.
